How to Use

Coffee Tamer

  • Add one or two packets per 8oz of coffee, tea or other beverage.  
  • Stir for 30 seconds.
  • Coffee Tamer® can be used in all coffee and tea varieties including decaffeinated.
  • Coffee Tamer can also be used on food. Recommended use: two to three packets per medium slice of pizza.

Food Tamer

  • Sprinkle on foods or use in beverages. Sprinkle Food Tamer on acidic foods prior to consumption.
  • You can use CalciBlend on prepared foods or while cooking. When adding Food Tamer while cooking, use 1/2 teaspoon for each serving.
  • Example serving suggestion: 1-2 packets (1/8-1/4 tsp) per slice of pizza.

Wine Tamer

  • Put three drops in 5 ounces of red or white wine and stir for thirty seconds. Adjust up or down as needed depending on personal preference.  A maximum of 6 drops is suggested per serving. 
  • This product is designed to be diluted in wine. Do not put in eyes or directly into mouth.
